Fried Potaters and See You Later’s

Well, this last week has beared witness to 90+ degree heat, and when you’re working, you’re even hotter.  Nearly anything you do will make it like this, but hey, that wasn’t the worst part!  I was completely exhausted this weekend, worked a total of 20 hours at work, and about 3-4 hours at home.  That really is what made the heat so bad, especially since Indiana is so humid.  Well, enough whining.

Now that I know some people who are leaving for the military, it makes me realize what will happen next year, after my last year of school.  I myself will be leaving for the Air Force, and have mixed feelings about it, which I can only blame myself for.  This upcoming Saturday, my friend Randi is leaving for the Air Force, about six people leaving for the Marines, and another girl, Heather, who is leaving for the Navy.  I wish them health and success.

Hater Potaters

Well, this weekend at work made me realize that most, if not all, girls hate at least 3 others they work with. I never thought it could be so bad, since the guys get along with eachother pretty well. But that is not to say I don’t mind working with any one of them. Alright guys, if someone besides my brother Cory posts, I might add a forum at some time or another.

Potater Cannons

Quoted from my brother Cory’s website:

Last night Devin, Lisa, Shane, and Justin came over to light some fireworks off. Devin, being the ingenious builder that he is, constructed a platform which held the mortar launching barrels. Here are some videos of the event.
